Vividés Ltd. is looking for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company in the realisation of the plan to build, develop and own 37 Leadership Centres around the Asia Pacific region.

Vividés Ltd. is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will be a key member of the leadership team and have a strategic role in the overall direction of the company, particularly in relation to all company financial matters.

Our ideal is an energetic, high-performance individual looking to make difference by bringing his/her talents and experiences to the role, leading the financial direction of company in the building and development of 37 Goldzone Leadership Centres in the Asia Pacific region.
Their financial leadership experience may have been in medium or large organisations, however they are attracted to joining a dynamic organisation with an entrepreneurial mandate for doing business. They have already demonstrated expertise in strategic business planning, business development, preservation and development of company assets and can prepare a company for a successful IPO, or similar liquidity event.
Ideal Background/skills:
Proven track record as CFO
Finance analysis and planning (short, medium and long term) to fund company’s vision
Preparation and management of budget and cash flow
Fastidious attention to detail, particularly with analysis and preparation of financial projections
Involved in the hiring, developing and empowering accountants
Develop financial literacy of all company employees
Able to multi-task and direct a regional team from a remote location
Able to work with multiple currencies
Broad knowledge and understanding of ideal corporate structure and tax implications
