CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO) FOR VIVIDÉS LTD.
Vividés Ltd. is looking for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company in the realisation of the plan to build, develop and own 37 Leadership Centres around the Asia Pacific region.

Our ideal is an energetic, high-performance individual looking to make difference by bringing his/her talents and experiences to the role to lead the company in the building and development of 37 Goldzone Leadership Centres in the Asia Pacific region.
Their leadership experience may have been in medium or large organisations, however they are attracted to joining a dynamic organisation with an entrepreneurial mandate for doing business. They have already played a strategic role in taking a company through a successful IPO, or similar liquidity event.
Ideal Background/skills:
- Proven track record as CEO
- Personal ability to raise or attract capital
- Business development in the area of property development/hospitality in the Asia Pacific region.
- Involved in collaborative, equity partnership deals and/or multimillion dollar deals
- Leading and aligning high performance, cross-cultural teams
- Excellent communication skills, good negotiator who seeks win:win
- Commercially astute
- Able to multi-task and direct a regional team from a remote location
- Visionary, innovative, creative
